How to Book

If you're interested in working with Moss & Fern Studios, please fill out the "Contact" form or you can reach out to us on Instagram @mossandfernstudios

We will then email you our contract that you can sign online and then pay the non-refundable deposit. Once we have the contract and the deposit, your date is officially booked!

​

We will also schedule a virtual or phone consultation so we can get to know each other better.

Add-Ons & Additional Information

Additional Hours:​ $100/hour

Additional Photographer: $75/hour

​

Currently, we utilize the site Pic-Time to share galleries with clients and offer printed goods. Printed goods may require extra fees.

​

Turnaround for editing is typically 10-15** business days. Wait time may be longer if including fine prints, canvas, and/or photo-book(s).

​

We reserve the right to change our prices and rates.

​

A $100* non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due upon booking to reserve your date(s).

​

*Depending on which package you choose, the deposit may be higher than $100.

**Subject to change depending on how busy the season is.

Travel Fees

For locations more than two hours outside of the Four Corners Area, an additional $0.50 per mile is added to the overall cost of booking with us.

Travel costs (including, but not limited to, hotel, airfare, milage, rental car, etc.) are covered by our clients. Please inquire for more information.
